This policy explains what personal data Delo.Fitness ("we", "us") collects through delo.fitness, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We are based at The Cut Gym, Austin Friars House, 2–6 Austin Friars, London, EC2N 2HD, and act as the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR.
Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. This service is cookie-less: it does not use cookies or browser storage, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites. Visitor IP addresses are used briefly to de-duplicate page views and are not retained in identifiable form.
Enquiries. If you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or the online coaching application form, we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name and contact details, and information about your training goals. These conversations happen on third-party platforms (Meta and Microsoft respectively), which process that data under their own privacy policies as well as ours.
Third-party resources. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Bootstrap framework from the jsDelivr CDN. Loading these resources exposes your IP address to Google and jsDelivr as the operators of those services, in the same way it would for any website that uses them.
This website does not set any cookies of its own, and none of the services it uses (including Vercel Web Analytics) set cookies. If that changes in future, we will update this policy and add a cookie notice where required.
We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or performing a contract with you. We process aggregated analytics data on the basis of legitimate interests in understanding and improving the website, which does not override your rights given the anonymised, cookie-less nature of that data.
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by the service providers named above (Vercel Inc., Google, Meta, and Microsoft) to the extent you interact with those channels, some of whom operate servers outside the UK. Where that happens, those providers are responsible for ensuring an adequate level of protection under UK GDPR.
Enquiry and client communications are kept only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted. Aggregated analytics data does not identify you and is retained only in that anonymised form.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.
This website and our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
